Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days of receiving the return. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: always contact us first via info@oliviabennette.com before sending a return. Email us to let us know you want to return your parcel. Without prior request and confirmation, we unfortunately cannot process returns.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Complete the return form

Download the return form here and fill it in completely.

Step 2: Ship your order

Send your items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure your parcel has a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once the parcel has been received, we ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within five business days.

Packaging requirements:

• Pack the product in the original packaging where possible
• Use sufficient padding material to prevent damage during transport
• Ensure sturdy outer packaging
• Include the completed return form in the box
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached

Return shipping costs:

• From Spain: EUR €20 – €35 (estimated, depending on carrier)
• The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs
